Payment Policy

The "HANTI" desires to make treatment available to all who desire help, with regards to the evaluation and treatment Dr. Sharfman provides. Payment is expected at the time of visit, however when applicable, we will file Worker's Compensation, and motor vehicle accidents. Any copayment and/or % not covered is then due at time services are rendered.
