New Patient Information
What to expect at your first visit:
A thorough history and neurological exam will be performed. The diagnosis will be discussed and the treatment program outlined. Please bring all prior records, x-rays, etc. that are related to your problem, with you to your appointment.
Appointment Policy:
The Institute routinely sees patients Monday through Thursday 7:30 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. Office is closed on Fridays. 24-hour notice is required and appreciated for cancellations. A broken appointment may keep someone else from receiving the treatment they need.
Phone Policy:
Your call is very important to us. Our phones operate on a voicemail system, however we routinely check our messages throughout the day. Every effort is made to return your routine call quickly, however sometimes it may take several hours (up to 48 hours) to get back to you. Our operational hours are Monday through Thursday 7:30 a.m.-4:30 p.m., however EMERGENCY CALLS are accepted 24 hours daily. For emergency calls after hours please leave your message on our voice mailbox #9. Your call will be returned as soon as possible.
Medication Policy:
Limits are placed on medication usage as overuse of medicines can contribute to headache and produce potential side effects.
